That costs missed deadlines, last-minute scrambles, and the mental load of “did I handle that?” Generic to-do apps still ask you to copy everything by hand. Handled is built for the emails that run family life.
How it works
- Connect your mailbox Sign in with Google and connect Gmail so Handled can sync the messages that matter.
- Sync and extract Handled pulls actionable tasks and calendar events out of those emails—dates, asks, and logistics.
- See what’s left Review Tasks and Events in the app, get notifications when something new needs attention, and keep the list handy with an Android home-screen widget.

Trust
- Sign-in uses standard Google Sign-In / OAuth. We request read-only Gmail access and do not send, delete, or change your mail.
- Mailbox access is purpose-limited: syncing messages to extract tasks and events for you. Emails remain visible in the app.
- Message text may be processed by an automated language model on our servers only to extract those tasks and events. We do not use it to train generalized AI models or for advertising.
- The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Gmail is supported today.
